Do you offer pickup?

Yes! This option is available only if you are in the Houston area. Location zip code for this option is in 77044. $25 Minimum purchase required. Only available Monday-Friday early morning or early evening. Send me an email or message for this option.

Do you offer bulk pricing? I am looking to resell as well but only want to purchase a few of each.

When will I receive my order if shipping option is chosen?

Shipping takes an average of 3-5 business days first class (Monday-Friday) depending on what state you live in excluding holidays.

I ship items out the next business day from when the order is placed so typically items arrive quickly but, sometimes the post office does have slight delays out of my control but I will always update you if that applies to your order

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Currently, I do NOT offer shipping outside of the United States.

If, I am placing a time sensitive order, what shipping method should I select?

I recommend selecting a guaranteed service such as UPS next day air or USPS priority mail express at checkout.

What if my item arrives damaged?

I do my best to provide appropriate packaging so your item arrives in perfect conditions, but I do not have control of how your package is handled once it leaves the shipping facility. However, I like to make my customers happy so just shoot me an email with photos of damage and the original packaging and I will gladly send out a replacement (:
